Return, Exchange & Final Sale Policy
At Vixen Glam Hair Studio, we take pride in providing our customers with beautiful, high-quality wigs. Each unit is carefully selected, prepared, and customized to meet our quality standards. We kindly ask that all customers thoroughly review our policies before completing a purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and sanitary purposes, Vixen Glam Hair Studio does not accept returns or exchanges on any wig purchases, including both customized and non-customized units.
Once a purchase has been completed, all sales are considered final. Refunds will only be considered in circumstances where a verified error has occurred on behalf of Vixen Glam Hair Studio and it is not able to be fixed or modified, such as receiving an incorrect unit or a product that does not match the confirmed order specifications. Wig will be fixed before a refund would be issued if we cannot fix the issue we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.
Custom color policy
Please understand that custom hair coloring is an artistic process, and exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
By purchasing a custom-colored unit, you acknowledge and understand that minor color variations are a natural part of the customization process.
While we strive to master and recreate every requested color as closely as possible, slight variations in tone, shade, depth, and overall appearance may occur. Several factors can influence the final results, including the hair's original color, undertones, processing techniques, and the way different hair types absorb color.
Wig Sizing & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate head measurements before purchasing a wig.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully measure their head circumference and review the sizing information provided before placing an order. Our units come in three sizes. Small 21-21.5, medium 22.5 and large 23-23.5 circumference.
Vixen Glam Hair Studio is not responsible for wigs that do not fit properly due to incorrect measurements, inaccurate sizing information, or a customer's failure to verify their correct wig size before purchasing.
An improperly fitted wig does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund unless the sizing issue resulted from a verified error made by Vixen Glam Hair Studio.
Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns
We encourage customers to review all order details, including wig length, color, texture, lace type, cap size, and customization selections, before submitting payment.
If you believe an error has occurred with your order, please contact Vixen Glam Hair Studio promptly upon receiving your unit. Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs and their original order details so that we can properly review the concern.
Any approved resolution will be determined after reviewing the circumstances of the order.
